Skuncle: Dubya, Osanta and other strange stuff to spice up your meaningless existence

Today I'm remembering Steve Martin's classic movie, "The Jerk". There's this scene where this old Chinese man comments "That dog no Hero, that dog a Shithead!"

That got me thinking about what makes one person a Hero and another a Shithead. This is what I came up with:

Thomas Hamill - Former Iraqi POW, escapes captors and flags down an American patrol after being kidnapped, shot in the arm, and detained for almost a month.

Donald Rumsfeld, US Secretary of Offense apparently knew about the abuse being perpetrated by a few Shitheads who call themselves soldiers. "Oh, gee, we were only following orders", they are saying. Isn't that the argument that some Nazis used to justify their atrocities during their service? These heads of excrement have set US-Arab relations back to their lowest levels ever. So much for winning the hearts and minds of the Iraqis eh?

These people are HEROES:

The brave men and women who are overseas fighting and dying to protect strangers and loved-ones from terrorism and evil.

This guy is a SHITHEAD:

Ariel Sharon - The leader of a corrupt regime that is threatening the stability of the entire world

This guy is a HERO:

Michael Moore -The Independent film maker is willing to endure character assassination and possibly physical assassination to stand up to a corrupt and dangerous regime that is threatening the stability of the entire world.

This guy is a SHITHEAD:

George W Bush - The leader of the corrupt regime that is threatening the stability of the entire world.
